Lapeer Community Urgent Care

Excellent experience. All women working there, first time I ever felt heard so quickly by a nurse and provider. I have seen other providers at other urgent cares (usually men) who argue with me about what's going on with my own body. I came in knowing what was going on, as it happens every year, and knowing exactly what I needed. The provider did her normal exam, asked a few appropriate questions to see what I had already tried, and then offered me exactly what I asked for. I was in and out quickly. The staff was friendly. They even had a high school student shadowing. I love that they partner with the community. I always get the best care in a place run by women! Be careful coming here on their "unposted" lunch hour. Said online they close at 1:30 i was there at 12:58. One of the nurses kindly looked me in the eyes and flipped their clipboard up front to their lunch notice. Got up to the front of the line (at exactly1pm) and got told to kick rocks its their lunch time. Second time in a row i have got there before one o'clock and was refused service. Never taking myself or my family here again. EVER!

Fast and friendly. Went right when they opened & they had several people in the lobby. But they worked through the patients quickly. Staff were all friendly and professional. Received appropriate treatment for the reason for my visit. They even called me a few days later, on a Sunday, to give me test results and to ask how I was feeling. Only thing that was a bit concerning, but out of their control, was how small the lobby was. Lots of people in there not feeling well, so if you don’t want to get sick you might want to wear an N-95 mask.

Went in struggling with my asthma. Ended up being diagnosed w/influenza a. From check in to breathing treatments and chest x-ray, everyone was very caring. Prompt service too!

First time coming in here. Everyone provided fast, friendly and reliable services. Michelle and Nicole did great! Meds prescribed worked good! 👍👍
