Today's Dental

The dentist are rude and don't listen to patients i told them multiple times I have a tooth with multiple cavities they decided to ignore me basically and said I was alright and a year or so later I had to come back cuz the cavity reached the gum and caused a infection, that is what it took for them to act and they gave me a root canal cuz it was too late for a filling, they keep ignoring me now about another tooth so I just decided screw this place also there was a lady that was awfully rude and even mocked me about the pain on my tooth by saying she tells her kids to tough it out?? Highly recommend not visiting this awful dentist full of unprofessionals

SERIOUSLY try to go to any other dentist! I have NEVER had a worse experience than my few times at todays dental. I have several fillings that are failing because of them, one in particular broke off at the gum because they didn’t get all the cavity out. Before that they left it sharp & I had to come back because by the time I was unnumb I could feel the tooth cutting me. They also told me I needed a root canal when the new dentist I see says I doesn’t. On top of all of that, the main dentist doesn’t speak to you or treat you like a patient.. more kinda like a car at the auto shop. Just save yourself the hassle & go anywhere else.

The first time I came here it was good. Now today I had an appointment at 3:30 was there before my time. I got called back to my chair at 3:50. Got me in the chair had me sign to charge insurance, then numbed my mouth and then I sat there while the dentist worked on others people. I finally had enough and got up and left at 5. With nothing done. What a waste of my time I had to take off of work.

I had been going here for years thinking they were taking good care of me .. well I was wrong . My tooth had broken back in 2016 — they gave me a root canal , cool .. years go by my tooth then breaks permanently so I need a crown .. so last year march 2025 I get a crown on that tooth .. well the tooth did have a noticeable cavity behind the remaining tooth there .. they did not clean the cavity or even suggest extracting the tooth I made that suggestion but they said no it was fine . Now not even a year later my crown had broke so I visited another dentals office come to find out this tooth should have been extracted years ago because there is a infection pocket above that root in this tooth .. I started out here because I had a really excruciating tooth ache from a back mowler that broke and I couldn't get any relief until I was introduced to today's dental. I began my dental journey at the location in Rogers with the dental team there as they had openings before my local in Saint Cloud. After the Saint Cloud location began to see me as a patient I met the team there and was pleased with the care, they have multiple dental providers in house that are good as some people fear the dentist i felt comfortable with their work, they have a dental assistant her name is Keena. We've built a trusting patient care relationship and I consider her a friend now. She alongside of the dental provider helped me gain back my confidence in my smile and enhanced my positive approach when I look in
