The front desk staff doesn’t care if you live or die, but all of the doctors and medical professionals are beyond nice, caring, and very friendly. Dr. Reiner has been AMAZING in treating my child’s toe and foot issues. He’s very personable and thorough with the way he explains treatment options. As a parent I feel heard and understood-highly recommend!! Also, I have loved all of the other medical staff! They are SUUUPER helpful and friendly. Them and Dr. Reiner are what keep us coming back! That front desk staff though, they are cold and not friendly, they don’t seem to care at all.

Dr Patenaude performed my foot surgery and did a great job. He challenged me during my recovery to ensure I achieve the best post-surgerical results. He appreciated my desire to get back to my active life style. Dr Patenaude took the time to listen and answer my questions. I was told about cool lazer therapy. To be honest i was not sure about it. It really work! It helped to take down swelling, reduced pain and allowed me to move my toes better. It came very clear the importance mobility to my recovery. I am excited to get back to an active lifestyle. It was totally worth it.

Met Reggie(RN) at a wedding and he suggested I come into the office and be seen. He said they could help me. I was able to get an appt. the same day I called. Dr. Reiner, Dr. Ragan and the entire staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was visiting MN from MI and so grateful for all they did to accelerate the healing process.

They were able to get me in right away and get my problem fixed in the same visit. Dr. Reiner was awesome. He was super nice and reassuring. He was great at distracting me while getting my toe numbed up, easing my anxiety and worries. All the staff I encountered were super nice and answered all my questions. I am glad I found this office!! I recommend them 100%

Had ankle Surgery, November 5, 2024, Doctor Patenaude Was my surgeon! I had a joint in my right ankle fused, But after 8 1/2 months, When there was no improvement, I decided to get a second opinion! The new surgeon immediately saw a problem after looking at an x-ray, He strongly suspected that the joint did not fuse, which was Confirmed By a C.T.scan a few days later! This is not a perfect world, Things don't always go as planned, I can accept the truth, and would have been willing To move on and do whatever it would've taken to fix the problem! But instead of being told the truth, I was strung along, Continuously told everything looked fine, which he obviously knew was not true! I trusted Doctor Patenaude, I expected more from him! I am very disappointed, And angry, I have wasted an ent
