My father was placed here and cared for until he passed. Staff was so kind and compassionate towards my father and my family. They really cared for him above and beyond. Staff was friendly and caring. Drs were very understanding, continuing to call me with updates and to see if I had any questions. Always called me back emediatley. They always took the time to see me and talk with me when I requested it and even when I didn't request it. He passed being cared for by people who genuinely cared for him and his well-being as a person not just another patient. I am so grateful for the nurses, aids, Drs, and safety staff. I have worked in the medical field before and I can tell he was in good hands when I couldn't be there as much as I wanted to be.

I was in severe pain last Tuesday February 3rd and needed to visit the ER. I was immediately diagnosed by the triage nurse and brought into the ER area. All staff did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable. A special thanks to my nurse Karen who took great care of me! Her years of experience in the field and love of her job were apparent. Overall great experience with the Tobey ER team! Thank you, for helping me out.

Just want to say that I had 2 fantastic nurses (techs? Nurses? Sorry!) perform an esophageal manometry on me back in October. Not a fun procedure by any means. They were extremely kind and patient with me through a truly grueling experience. Thank you so much.

I would like give the biggest thank to an amazing Gentleman name Jordan who works in The Public Safety Dept. My Son was stranded inThe Blizzard on his way home from an overnight shift. Over 8hrs No food, low on gas,freezing cold, exhausted, stuck 3 times towed 2 times. After $380 in tow fees and no where else to go. Jordan provided my Son with a warm place, food and shelter. We are ever so greatful,thankful and blessed to have an angel like Jordan.I wish you an abundance of life's blessings.There are still good hearted and caring people and Jordan you are the very few.Thanks a million for saving my Son from that nightmare of a Blizzard. 🙏🫂❤️

Elderly patient presented to the ER with bad pain between the shoulder blades, a history of heart disease and prior stroke, and high blood pressure. After an initial blood pressure check, the patient was placed in a room and then left for over two hours with no further medical attention. Despite repeatedly going to the nurses’ station to make sure we had not been forgotten, no staff came to assess the patient. This was especially alarming given that the symptoms were consistent with a possible heart attack. The ER appears dangerously understaffed. This facility is not equipped to handle true emergencies and functions more like a glorified urgent care. Because of the possible emergency care needed we would not have done this, but in the time we waited without care, we could have driven
