Greater New Bedford Community Health Center Of Wareham

I am a bit hesitant to write this review as I never want to damage or hurt the reputation of anyone, even moreso, a professional or practice new to their field. However, I would like the public to be aware of their practices so other patients are not taken advantage of like I was. Sadly in the medical field, posting a review is one of only a few ways for businesses to be held accountable for their actions. What I have experienced from the GNBCHS Wareham office has been disappointing to say the least. Several times the nurses have forgotten to send prior authorizations for referrals, made errors submitting prescriptions, etc. To date, I still am waiting on a referral for a specialist visit two months prior. All of these, although annoying, could be permissable if it were not for the follow

I always like coming here. Brian is cool. Very concerned and yes... If he feels I need a test done and at the time he explains why making sense, how can I be mad. He is professional and always looking for ways to help.

Love this doctors office everyones nice from the front desk to blood draw doctors patient friendly and when blood works done they call and let you know if anything came back normal or abnormal there also great at sending med refills to pharmacy i recommend this office to everyone!

Brian and Lindsay are amazing, the atmosphere is very relaxed and caring, everyone there seems like they genuinely want the best for you, I was sad to find out that this place is probably going to close for no reason other than corporate greed, please do not close this place it is amazing!!!

Excellent doctors and staff I am very impressed - they look after you and are very approachable Brian is a gem doctors and nurses are the best !
