CVS Pharmacy

Never open on Sunday’s on time EVER . Always 5-10 min behind opening displayed hours . Nice people that work here - should change the hours if they can’t open timely . Retail requires this . Or maybe the corporate level should pay their employees better to be open on time . Because if salary in the pharmaceutical world means late open it’s a disservice to customers

My husband and I have been with this pharmacy for over a decade. We are now going elsewhere. This past week, I was told by the pharmacy manager that ALL CVS pharmacies are moving to mandatory 'kiosk' sign in and 'eventually' getting a barcode that can be done using your cell phone. In essence, for anyone wanting to speak to a real person - good luck. In addition, they require when you call for ANYTHING, to go through the automated system. I can call Wareham Walmart pharmacy and speak to someone real. I can do the same at Stop and Shop Pharmacy in Fairhaven. So why is this CVS getting so many bad reviews? I'll let you decide. The CVS Pharmacy inside Target Wareham is always spotless and well-organized, creating a welcoming experience from the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. store is awful and now the new check in to pick up prescriptions has the person use a FILTHY, UNWASHED COMPUTER SCREEN. No gloves, no spray, nothing. WHO the hell wants to touch it? SHAME ON YOU CVS..flue season, covid..yup, spread it all around. Thanks.

I'm all done with CVS stores, rushed over after work the other day, waited at the counter for several minutes listening to the 3 pharmacy technicians and/or pharmacists talk about their PTO and vacation requests. Finally they arrived at counter to talk with me, to which I requested my son's prescription. They told me that they couldn't possibly fill the prescription as they closed in 15 minutes. Perhaps if they spent less time talking while I was patiently waiting they would have had ample time to fill one simple script. I have also been lied to here and told my physician put a hold on a script which was not true, they just didn't feel like filling that script that night either. Very, poor customer service, good bye CVS!
