Best hospital in nyc I’ve had 4 of my children here labor and delivery and postpartum are amazing the whole entire hospital is amazing great staff and great people throughout. Me and my family’s care is through nyu facilities and we wouldn’t change it for the world best doctors and everything more!!! Thank you for all your care and support nyu!!!

Today was a pretty bad day for my health, but still there was no excuse for the way that I treated this nurse. Her name was Emma she was so kind to me and I lost it yelling and screaming and cursing at her and I made her cry. I am so sorry for my actions even with everything I put her through she still with tears in her eyes held her compulsion and the only thing she said was that was not nice what you said to me. Dear nurse Emma my please forgive me and thank you for all your kindness and being an amazing nurse. Also thank you to everyone down in the MRI room for helping me remain calm I would also like to thank nurse Orlando for his kindness and great service at NYU langone. At times, plans appeared to move forward without clear confirmation that a safe and appropriate discharge option was in place, and explanations for placement decisions were not consistently transparent. For patients with complex medical needs and housing instability, discharge planning should prioritize safety, continuity of care, and clear communication. I hope the hospital reviews how these situations are handled to prevent unsafe or premature discharges.

I wish I could give it a 0 star. What a terrible experience and they really did not give any care to my mom. They are supposed to be the best neurological hospital. And it couldn’t be far from the truth. They ran no tests on my mom’s brain. They kept running the same blood work to check for potassium and bs like that. Not even an mri. I requested to meet with the “team” or the neurologist but they kept sending me a trainee who did not know jack. They did nothing for my mom besides run the insurance for money. Every meal my mom got I checked the invoices they loaded the invoices with so many things but my mom never got even half of those. What a terrible neglectful hospital.

Had 2 children here. 1st experience was great, the 2nd in 2016 was horrendous. Nasty, arrogant nurses who bullied the one kind nurse I had. Inept residents and attending doctor in Labor & Delivery who denied me an epidural because they couldn't tell that I was in labor? I was 5 CM dilated with contractions that went from 6 to 3 minutes within an hour.
