I have absolutely no words! I recently decided to switch pharmacies because my husband and I have no had a good experience lately where we were and OH MY GOODNESS, is all I can say!! The sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, if you’re looking for sweet smiles, kind words and helpful people when you walk through the door this is your place! I’m so happy I am switching pharmacies and will be visiting you all! I won’t be dreading the pharmacy as much now. If you want a caring, locally ran pharmacy that is compassionate and warm, who doesn’t see you as just a number, this is the place for you! If you want a place never open, who could care less about you getting your prescriptions (kind of a big deal) go to Walgreens.

Tipton pharmacy definitely takes you back to a small town feeling. Their level of expertise is amazing. We are definitely blessed to have them in Franklin, North Carolina. I called needing a Tylenol mixture made up so my son would not have to try to take 7.5 ml. They told me exactly what I needed to get my doctor to send in to them. They had it ready very quickly. Customer service was top-notch!
