I had a very pleasant experience at this dental office. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. They even rearranged their schedule so my son and I could be seen at the same time, which made everything so much easier for me as a parent. That level of consideration really stood out. They took the time to explain what they were doing as they went, which helped ease any nerves. The main doctor was especially kind, gentle, and patient, making the visit much less stressful than I expected. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m really glad I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to others! Kara, Sam, and Amanda were very nice and helpful!

Great visit, Carol is excellent with cleanings. She does a great job, very friendly and gentle. New female dentist (sorry forgot her name) was excellent also. I highly recommend this team!

Awesome group of people here to take care of all your dental needs. Amanda was super helpful getting the appointment and intake paperwork done before the appt. Cara and Dr Jones are a wonderful asset for local dental care.

Carol, who has been my hygienist for many many years, always does a good and gentle job on my teeth! And it was a pleasure to meet the new dentist in the office, Dr. Jones. I look forward to seeing her on my next appointment.

Cataloochee Dental Group, Franklin was a fantastic experience!!! And that is saying alot with it being a dentist's office, lol!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, it was a very pleasant experience. My hygienist, Lisa, was extremely thorough, as well as kind. ......I do have my own teeth, thank the Lord😁😁,but have had to have many fillings and crowns, which I am sure cannot be a fun or easy mouth to work on! The Dr. was pleasant, too, and actually very personable. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and they all made me feel welcome!! I won't dread my next visit there at all😄 Ps.....next visit just finished up, and they are still just as great!!!! DEC, 2025.....STILL GREAT!!! January 2026.....had to have a filling..OH, NO!! BUT.....Was in and out
