Doctor Altom was very patient and helpful. He was in no hurry during my mom’s visit. She is very happy with her hearing aid. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Brandy.. the receptionist.. was very kind and helpful also.

The staff is incredibly friendly and August, the Hearing Aid Specialist, was very thorough and took great care of my family member. They provide wonderful follow-up and we received the hearing aids really quickly. I recommend Elite Hearing Centers as they truly care for their patients. No disappointments at all! Special location note: The Franklin office is located on the rear side (lower level) of Tipton Pharmacy traveling up town hill toward downtown Franklin.

I received courteous prompt service. All of my concerns were addressed knowledgeably and to my satisfaction. I was injured during the trial period and they extended it voluntarily. I could not have been more satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for hearing devices.

Super buying experience. August knows what he's doing and does everything to make you feel good about your purchase. And it doesn't stop when you walk out the door. Email reminders every 3 months to come back and get cleaned and adjusted if needed at no extra cost. Would certainly do business again and recommend all My friends.

I highly recommend Elite Hearing. I went for a free hearing test and found that I needed hearing aids. I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford them. I received a call from their office..They were so awesome and worked to help me with an affordable plan. I feel like they care about my hearing and went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get the hearing aids I needed.
