Dr Ting Ting is a wonderful dentist, she is gentle and very calm. She has changed my views of going to the dentist and is super polite and goes slow/gives breaks during cavity fillings. Her dental nurse Nikki is amazing, funny and charming!

I went last year to get a crown after root canal. My temporary crown broke in an hour, and the real crown broke after 10 weeks when I was eating kimchi soup! Dr. Zhu installed the crown on Oct 3rd, did a ton of adjustments to the crown, and it broke on Dec 18th. She claimed that it was due to my biting habits and my short teeth, so she said she would replace it only if I cut my gum. So I went to a different dentist for a second opinion. Guess what, the new dentist told me I did not need my gum cut, and the reason the crown failed is because there was a gap in between my teeth and the crown, so the crown was not getting enough support. So save yourself time and money, go find a new dentist or at least ask for a second opinion before doing any treatment at this clinic.

Dr. TingTing Zhu Freed is the best dentist! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Freed, and I can confidently say that she is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Her skill and expertise are top-notch, but what really stood out was her personal, caring approach. She took the time to listen, assess the issue thoroughly, and her honesty in explaining the situation and treatment plan was refreshing. I had been dealing with a tooth problem that bothered me for years and visited several dentists who were unable to help. I am so grateful to Dr. Freed for finally resolving the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Freed to anyone in need of a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dentist.

Very friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend choosing this provider for your dental needs. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments are always an easy process. Reminder notices are sent days ahead of your actual appointment so that you can plan accordingly. Dr. Zhu helped me identify my dental issues that required immediate attention and promptly addressed them. She also brought to my attention potential issues/concerns while at the same time outlined different treatment plans based on different scenarios. Dr. Zhu’s assistant has always been very attentive to my needs and made me feel welcomed during every visit.

Scheduling was simple and quick. Appreciate the text notifications. Had a retainer removed, root canal, and teeth bleached. My dead tooth looks revived and I have no more plaque build up. The new retainers fits and is really helpful in keeping everything in place. Everything took about a month and went smoothly. Highly recommend++
