Timothy Duncan

My husband was a patient of Dr. Duncan's for about a year until a week ago. Unfortunately he had need to call after hours as he was vomiting, had a fever, was in pain, quite jaundiced and his urine was brown to inform the Dr. that we were heading to the E.R. All of this was relayed to the doctor's answering service who indicated they'd inform the doctor. My husband received a return call just as we'd finished being triaged in. The doctor said hello, and stated who he was, and my husband replied with, "hi, how are you?", as phone courtesy usually dictates. The response from the doctor was, "Sleeping". Short, curt, that's it. No "how are you?" or "I understand you're feeling ill." Needless to say my husband kept it quite short, stated he was ill without going into the detail he had with th

Knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to answer my questions. Staff is so kind at the Suffolk location. If I could give 10 stars, I would! My thanks to Dr. Duncan and staff. You guys rock!!
