I had an excellent experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and the office itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort. I especially appreciated how they answered all my questions and provided helpful advice for maintaining my dental health. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental care!

I’ve been a patient at Pruden Family Dentistry for years and have generally had a good experience, which is why this situation was disappointing. I brought up a legitimate billing concern and expected a basic level of understanding and customer care. Instead, Bethany showed little concern for the issue, did not acknowledge my perspective, and continued pushing her point without any effort to listen or resolve the concern. Long term patients should not feel dismissed when asking reasonable questions about billing. This interaction lacked professionalism and care, and it fell short of what I’ve come to expect from this office. I hope management addresses how billing concerns are handled moving forward.

Dr Aarthi has been very patient with my concerns and very informative!! I have never experienced any real issues but with age things are becoming different. I would like to thank the entire staff for being very friendly. I worked as a nurse for over 48 years so I truly understand the challenges in giving patient care. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs. You will be happy you did! A big thank you all!
