Suffolk Braces: Dr. Taylor & Orthodontic Associates

Big shout out to the Suffolk braces team. I have noticed a big shift in organization and it’s for the positive. Thank you Dr. Taylor for getting my daughters confidence back through her smile.

First off, Dr. Taylor is cocky and pompous. He will belittle your occupation right in front of you (MENTIONED IN ANOTHER REVIEW), but that’s not even the meat and potatoes. Every time my child goes there wires come loose, stab cheeks cause blood, pain, harm and discomfort. I also have a friend who used him; same experience. My friend actually wrote a demand letter to Dr. Taylor and had everything removed from their child’s mouth for all the reasons I listed above. In the letter, it mentions another parent in the office, a third person, has yet had the same experience. As a result SHE WAS REFUNDED IN FULL! The office is also unaccommodating. They only have certain “types” of appointments in the afternoon when I am at work and REFUSE to accommodate this. I was told a manager will call me b

Dr. Taylor’s office is amazing! All the staff are so so nice and have been great to my daughter! And her smile is beautiful thanks to them!!!!

Dr Taylor and his staff were great from the first call all the way through treatment discussion. My child felt at ease and they even set her up for summer with this sweet gift.

Have been coming here for a year now with my teenager and they have been doing a wonderful job I can say I’m truly satisfied with their services.
