Times Pharmacy Koolau

The recent fiasco at Times Pharmacies was a mess. My empathy went out to the staff. They were left in the dark and left to face frustrated customers. While I will likely take my business elsewhere because of the manner in which Corporate handled this situation, I have nothing but praise and admiration for Erika (store pharmacist), Michael (pharmacy tech) and the others working behind the counter. Erika and her staff have ALWAYS been responsive, attentive and willing to help in anyway that they can.

Times Koolau Pharmacy Manager - Erika Gutierrez Erika was kind and showed warm personal concern when I called her pharmacy location as a first time customer. Right away when we spoke she could hear the frustration in my voice after I explained that two of the local large chain store pharmacies I use monthly to fill my meds, told me they were out of one of my regularly ordered meds that I depend on, and could not give me a time frame for when it would be in stock nor any advice or direction, other than that I should call around to individual pharmacies to see if any of them had it in stock. After multiple calls to several different pharmacies in Honolulu and Kailua, I kept getting the same answer, there was a national shortage and back log of orders waiting to be filled and they could no

Best pharmacy bcuz they treat u like family! I don’t go anyplace else. Erika and Mike are spectacular. I’m so grateful for them.

Customer Service with Erika and Tyler's knowledge, personable high standards of professionalism with care, friendliness and their etiquette sets them apart from most pharmacies across the Hawaiian islands...!

People behind the counter are very courteous and knowledgeable.
