Longs Drugs

I used to enjoy all longs locations. I just left this location after waiting for a cashier to assist me. I got to the cashier just to tell me go to any cashiers they can pro ess your return/exchange. Without saying anything I went to another cashier patiently and told me she's assisting someone so I asked if she was closing since her lights are off. She then turn on her lights. SMH... WHAT HAPPENED TO LONGS? No acknowledgement, no customer service. 😢 finally another cashier assisted me and said all cashiers may assist with exchanges or returns. 😲 SAD 😔

Always a great experience. I enjoy visiting this store. The pharmacy personnel are always courteous and helpful. I just came back home from my COVID-19 booster shot, and Dallas did an excellent job helping me with it. Way to go, friends! Thank you for being amazing.

I shopped at Kaneohe Longs this morning, the employee took my number for my extracare rewards. I had coupons that were to expire the next day and cash that I wanted to use. We'll she told me I don't have any coupons or cash on my card. And that I should make sure I transfer them to my card before shopping. I tried to explain thats exactly what I did and tried to show her on my account that it clearly stated what I knew I had. She faced her back to me and refuse to look at me and said there's nothing I could do . Very frustrated I paid and left. When I got home , I looked at my receipt and showed a different extracare number. So my phone number she inputted was incorrect. Im sure this could have been resolved easily if she didn't refuse to help me. I will start shopping at the other Longs

The employees are great and will miss them. I plan to move to a closer cvs pharmacy to make it easier for my family, if need be, to pick up my prescriptions.

I recently moved from upper Manoa to Kaneohe, so transferred all my scripts to this Longs’ and I must say that The difference is night and day. Everyone at this Longs’ that I have encountered has been exceptionally helpful, kind, and compassionate and I greatly appreciate their hard work and Aloha. Much Mahalo 🌺
