Kaizen Dental Center - Dentist Kaneohe

I had a problem with Dr Ari and it turned out to be a major problem for almost 2 years . When I was finally going to just give up and settle the account they called and apoligised for what I went thru and canceled the amount owed them. I really appreciate when someone is willing to admit when someone working for them used poor judgement and is willing to make things right. I have been with Kaizen Dental for years and have always been thrilled with the work. My wife and I hope to be with them for many years to come.

Outstanding service! The team at Kaizen has delivered only great service every time I have been there. Amanda has been super helpful at reception, Christine has done phenomenal at dental hygiene, they were flawless in fitting and installing a crown, and Kerry and Jeremy have been great dentists! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences there.

Staff is always kind and attentive. I had my 2 month old baby boy with me, my father in law looked after him in the waiting area while I got my teeth cleaned, the staff would notify me when he cried and made it easy for me to go in and out to tend to my baby and patiently completed my cleaning! Thank you!!

If they send me a request I will tell the truth … Truth be told the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the girl at the front was so kind and professional she was thoughtful, and a great problem solver. She was happy and had a positive attitude . The reason for no additional stars is because the dental business seems like a sham third world, and run down. The walls are dirty and scraped up, the chair was wobbly , The doctor on call, didn’t know where the XS gloves were, and the tech couldn’t adjust my seat to hold my head. After taking unneeded X-rays of my front tooth that had a filling pop out I was told it would be over $600 to fix. I did the same type of filling on my ot

From my very first visit, Kaizen Dental in Kaneohe has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve only had my preliminary work done so far, but the care, attention, and professionalism I’ve experienced already have me feeling excited and confident about completing my treatment here. The office is modern, welcoming, and spotless — and the whole team makes sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Also the view is amazing. A special shout-out to DA Kirin 😉🐶, who has been incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout my visits. Her presence truly makes a difference in what can normally be a stressful experience.
