Times Kaneohe Pharmacy

I have used Times pharmacy for years and do much of my grocery shopping there as well. The pharmacy team has always been helpful and attentive. Their main pharmacist, (Twyla?) has recently left and the position is now taken by pharmacist Dave, I think his name is. He is rude, judgmental and not helpful at all. My doctor recently asked if I was “having trouble” with the new pharmacist at Times as many of his patients have complained about Dave’s surliness, unwillingness to help and overall nasty attitude. I was surprised to hear that so many are having the same issues with Dave as I am. Customers are basically being turned away due to lack of stock and Dave’s attitude. Dealing with him is a nightmare. We like the professional pharmacists, the personal attention and short wait that you don't get at a big pharmacy. However, one worker does not smile or say thank you. Don't let him keep you from using this otherwise friendly neighborhood pharmacy.
