Was a great place until the dentists started rotating and after Michael the front office manager left. I kept going out of convenience, but should not have. They incorrectly bill your insurance, they quote you one number and charge a different price. They will tell you insurance covers a procedure and your out of pocket is "x." Your EOB tells a different story: procedure not covered at all. You just paid for the whole thing. The dentist charged my insurance for a 90 minute session. I timed two appointments and it was only 30 minutes. This is cleaning + consult. When confronted she said that they must schedule longer sessions for people with "my issue" but since I took "good care of my teeth" she did not need to spend as much time with me. Scammers. The best dentistry there is! Dr. Tun is absolutely amazing, she's very thorough and gentle with my teeth. She explains everything and allows me to choose how I want to proceed. I literally won't let another dentist touch my mouth, I trust Dr. Tun and we have great conversations! The front office staff are all so welcoming and nice as well. The hygienists are all so wonderful. No one likes going to the dentist, but this is a place you don't really dread thanks to the awesome team!

The lady I spoke with on the phone instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. I decided to make an appointment. To my surprise, they could fit me in the very next day. She was extremely kind and personable as well as professional and her entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They even provided vegan fluoride for me! 😁 I am excited I found a dentist I love and will not be seeing anyone else!
