Amazing staff who genuinely care about your fur babies. They've done so much for us and our pets over the years, especially when it came to urgent end of life care for one of our senior babies. They listen well to the owners and do everything they can to keep the animals as safe and comfortable as possible. Overall, a great facility with a team who genuinely cares. (Cat tax attached)

I don't know if cats are large animals, but they're certainly not birds or exotic. At any rate took my cat Pushkin in for annual routine shots. I had been dealing with Canterbury up until now. I think my cat likes this place better. He bounded out of his carrier and felt at home after a few sniffs, happily exploring the cat condo. Both the veterinarian and the veterinarians assistant were wonderful with him and he was very relaxed in their presence. Did not even complain about the shot. They were very helpful in explaining why certain vaccines et cetera are needed but most importantly, they did not try to upsell. So all in all, I think my cat told me that he likes his new doctor and apparently Tigard Animal Hospital is cat recommended.

Great experience. We were with you before but we weren’t pleased with the vet closer to our house. So even that you are an hour away we are glad to be welcomed back. All the care you showed our older dog and new cat wonderfully. I can’t be happier with the care that they both received.

I took my two puppies in to be evaluated for spay, neuter, umbilical hernia repair, and chipping. This was their first visit in this office, the previous office where they were seen just closed. The visit with the vet was fine, I had to wait a while, but that was/is not the issue. The office manager came in to discuss payment plans for the procedures which included an option of an insurance plan of sorts through their office. I was told I would be sent cost estimates that day (Monday, 01/19) and had until Tuesday, 01/20, to decide whether I would enroll in their "insurance" policy. Tuesday arrived, no estimate, no insurance information. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday morning still no information. I called the office, left a message requesting a call back as well as the estimates promise

We have been going to Tigard Animal Hospital for nearly 5 years. We love the admins at the front, the techs and the vets. They don’t spam you, they use an affordable pet insurance vendor and they call you when your dog needs a vaccine! They’re great. Highly recommend. ❤️
