Wonderful people very friendly for the whole visit. The dentist listened to what I wanted done and gave me a few options on how it could be done and what the result would be. I found him to be very proffesional and accomadating with my treatment plan. Best of all they were not on a money grab trying to sell me extremely expensive options to restore my teeth back to normal. I had a wonderful experience all round and will not only recommending Tidewater to my friends and family but am very excited for my next visit for the tidewater team to get started on my treatment plan.

Today was my 1st initial visit. The team came up with a plan to help me get my mouth back healthy & my smile 😃 pretty again! This was my first dentist appointment that I didn't leave out sad,crying & defeated because of cost of the treatment plan! I truly hope that this works our because everyone was kind from the front desk to the dental assistant & hygienist and finally the doctor. The Dr. listened to my issues & concerns and answered my questions & put together a treatment plan that I think I can handle both financially & physically. Thank You Tidewater Dental for being so kind!

My husband had a terrible experience there. He needed a new top denture. He was told it would be a 2 month wait. Turned out to be 5 months. Then jump back to when my husband had his teeth pulled and got his first set of dentures. They didn't pull one tooth. Said it was too close to a nerve and he would have to see a specialist..they still made his dentures but didn't fit properly because they didn't pull one tooth. They were just a terrible experience. I can't say enough bad things..never again. Never.

1.5 years ago I had X rays taken which showed "2 cavities" which would have been 500$ at the time. I have a friend who's a dentist out of town and I wanted to confirm the cavities if I was going to spend the money. They said I had none. Ok, I still went for cleaning because I liked that part of it. Fast forward to this year's X rays, which only show "1 cavity". Tidewater themselves downgraded the other cavity to none (confirming what my friend had said). I again wanted to confirm that 1 cavity was still present and again my friend said none present. I tried calling the office manager to discuss, but was unable to reach them. I will no longer be going to them, even though I liked the cleaning, because the cavity issue seems sketchy and cavities don't just dissappear.

10 out of 10. Everyone was very, very nice. They made me feel comfortable and the Dentist explained everything and gave solid recommendations. Awesome atmosphere. JB.
