From the moment I walk through the door, I am always greeted by super friendly and smiling staff. The office is clean and the music is always great. The dentist is amazing.. fast, efficient and accurate. The dental assistant calmed all my fears and followed me thorough all stages of treatment. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Morgan! She did a deep cleaning (scaling and rooting) and I’m so happy with the results and her bedside manner. I was skeptical at first because the dental hygienist that did the left side of my mouth wasn’t very gentle and I honestly didn’t want to come back to get the right side done. I’m also terrified of needles in my mouth but I literally barely felt them. I’m so happy I came back and had a completely different experience. Morgan is also great at patient education and breaking down medical terms so that I can make sense of what is happening with my dental health. 10/10 recommend

As usual, I was very pleased with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and was called back within a couple minutes. The hygienist was very pleasant as well. I had a very small cavity, so that was also fixed while I was there. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!!

Not only what’s the service efficient, but it was also flawless and painless. I was amazed at the fact that they were done so quickly and how well they work together as a team and the atmosphere was pleasant too. I will definitely recommend Tidewater dentistry a dentist that operates in excellence is so very hard to find.

Worst customer service ever! Appointment set for six months for myself and my daughter. The day before, after I've already arranged time off of work, they cancel and say their hygienist hasn't been available for three weeks! Umm, why couldn't you have called me sooner? They say the next available isn't until February - or I can go to an office 45 minutes away. Are you kidding me?!? When I asked for the number to this office, the oh-so-NOT-prrofessional receptionist says "well, you'll have to look that up yourself." Great. Thanks. Do NOT recommend.
