Sara is the best! She’s always so helpful and knowledgeable about what she’s doing! My wife and I always talk with Sara if any changes has been made to our prescriptions, or if we have any questions or concerns! We’ve been getting our prescriptions from Sara for years! Wish more people was like Sara, the concern and respect that she has with her customers and co-workers! I believe she definitely deserves an award, a raise or employee of the month! Sara goes out of her way to make sure our customers is satisfied! Once again, SARA IS THE BEST!!!!!

My husband and I have been using this Pharmacy Group for years, it is a consistently pleasurable experience regardless of our needs. What makes it so? In a single word, Sara. If this young lady has ever had a bad day I have never seen it. Sara is always pleasant, but most importantly she is knowledgeable and performs her job to perfection. Since my husband's heart surgery he is required to take many prescriptions at various times of the day, I would lose my mind trying to keep up if it were not for Sara and the prepackaged medication program offered by this pharmacy.

I have had the best experience at the Pharmacy at Charlotte Hall. I take a medication that is not always available from the pharmaceutical company. It has been on drug shortage and back order often. The staff is always professional. Especially Sarah. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my meds are available for me when i need them. She is a hard working member of the staff. She is always patient and treats me with the upmost kindness and respect. She is always ready to do what it takes to get what I need. I appreciate her compassion and attention to detail. It's a refreshing change from some of the prior pharmacy experiences I have had at other companies. Through all of my experiences with The Pharmacy at Charlotte Hall, Sarah has been the one constant. She is very attentive. Her attention to detail is a great attribute. When ever I have a problem with any of my prescriptions she makes sure everything is in order. She also follows up to make sure I am satisfied. Sarah has an amazing personality and her customer service is always on point.
