Dr Rowe is very thorough and kind. She takes time to answer all my questions. I appreciate the front desk staff who work hard to make appointments with a very busy physician. Everyone seems to work very well together as a team.

They will not call you back. It is better to just go there and make your appointment in person

They don't answer the phone, they don't call you back. They say they will do something and they don't. They are awful!!! If I could give them neg stars I would. They are a sorry excuse for a doctors office. They are unsafe. I have never seen a business run as poorly as this one. Avoid it.

This office never answers the phone. If you leave a message you *might* get a call back in the late afternoon just before they close. It’s a shame, because Michael Boyle is great, but I’m looking at alternatives because it’s so frustrating trying to reach his office.
