The experience was very punctual, professional, and courteous from walking in the door with the receptionist. To the thoroughness of the exam by Dr. Asbury, grateful to have them in our neighborhood.

The Dr. came in very animated and annoyed: He immediately asked my son why he was there? He said “Im not sure but it bothers me a little bit. He said, then “why are you here?” Why would you say that to a teenager? No care in the world. Obviously his confidence is down. And he chose those words. The only reason I give it a 2 star is bc the wonderful lady behind the counter makes up for the negative review.

First time visit. Very impressed with their efficiency. I was seen on time and was in and out in a flash with full resolution of my issue.

Totally frustrated today. Had an appointment for 10:15 am w/ dr. Asbury - taken to the examination room and left for 40 mins with no communication. I activated the virtual attendant and explained my frustration of the long wait. Dr Asbury walks in as I'm voicing my frustration and says as walking out of the examination room, they will refund my cost. He didn't take a moment to ask or elaborate on my frustration. Turned and exited. Wouldn't recommend them at all. If I'm not fired, I've fired them.

Checking in, being taken to examination room, reviewing medical history and current health was a very fluid process. Dr. Asbury addressed my current concerns, did a full body inspection, froze some areas and reported to me that everything was ok with no cancerous areas on my skin.
