Dan, Simon and Edward are fantastic! They are a knowledgeable friendly fluid team of professionals at the ready for any patient PT challenge! I am a caregiver w an elderly patient and he is changing right before my eyes after 3 weeks of PT at Coastal Care. Their bulletin Board is chock full of appreciation from grateful patients: post stroke, pre-Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s, & every post- joint replacement. Almost a year ago, I was collateral damage when 2 cars collided. One went airborne and slammed into the front end of my car. As a result, I have a TBI(traumatic brain injury) and other issues. My current health care company completely dropped the ball. I received 4 or 5 physical therapy treatments over 4 months. Not enough staff to handle the number of patients. They were inconsistent, rushed and pretty much worthless. BUT THEN I FOUND Coastal Care. They set up a plan, went over everything with me, and got to work. After 6 solid weeks of treatments, I am well on the road to recovery. Not once did I feel rushed or ignored. I was always greeted when i came into the facility. Never had to wait. They were ready. The staff provides excellent training. Their enthusiasm for their work is contagious. They are excellent at motivating people with their physical therapy. They make it fun. My wife looks forward to her sessions.
