Tick-Borne Disease Resource Center

This experience was probably one of the worst I've had with the medical profession. And I'm a nurse. I came here for help with my husband. He has been sick with Lyme disease in his spinal fluid for a year. He has been treated but still not well. The doctor that came in the room ( a female with red hair) said she didn't have the time to go over his history with us and then proceeded to tell us he has Lyme in his spinal fluid and needs to be treated. What??? We knew that and he has already been treated. Maybe if she had allowed us to speak, she would know that. She didn't want to hear anything we had to say and ended up reading to us from a pamphlet about Lyme. We came for help and got nothing. Don't bother coming here. They won't help you. And she shouldn't be allowed to even see patients.
