Use to be very efficient , today is the worse in area !! Staff unprofessional, waiting on line 10/15 minutes, no curtesy approach to the client, zero smiling faces and annoyed when ask questions related to medications!!!!
Jill the pharmacist is OUTSTANDING! Stop and Shop is always professional. Hopefully they can handle the surge due to Rite Aide closing. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
3 days in a row,no handbaskets at entrance,I have to go looking for one. Pharmacy lunch should be staggered so it's not closed. Common sense. Also,if I use self checkout,I should get a discount. Self checkout should also be limited to 20 items or some such. People use it with a full cart and it takes forever. Corporate should get act together. Or the managers here at store.
