Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. My experience has not been very pleasant. They are constantly trying to upsell you, I had multiple cleanings and they push additional services such as teeth scaling and x rays every time I try to book a cleaning appointment. Even though during the last cleaning the hygienist was very pleasant and told me this was not necessary. If I decline the reception tells me that it is not my choice what I would like to do with my own body. She offered to take a note but that the dentist will decide what to do. I believe the individual should get to decide their own treatment with the recommendation of the doctor. The review is not for the hygienist but for the pushiness of the front office and the dentist.

I called them because I had a tooth that was bothering me. They won’t take new patients unless they do x-rays and a cleaning first I said fine but can we look at the tooth that’s bothering me first or at that time and they wouldn’t do it. My wife recommended them because our daughter goes there and they take our insurance . I was willing to do extensive work (root canal and crowns )so it wasn’t about the money to me . I just wanted the tooth that was bothering me as a priority. Obviously they’re all about maxing out their profits over the patients comfort. We will be taking our daughter somewhere else. Their loss.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this dental practice. The staff is warm and friendly. They clearly explain everything before any work is performed and make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Baker especially is kind and gentle. She likes to talk and that really is a great distraction and helped to ease me for my procedure. I highly recommend this office and all their staff. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Stephanie Tran, was extremely professional and caring when she performed my 3 root canals. She's very complimentary and makes you feel special. Her assistant was excellent and caring as well. Dr. Sheren and staff are very friendly, down to Earth and make each visit very pleasant. No matter the procedure that needs to be performed, this office gets the job done with class and make you feel at ease.

I have never loved the dentist, not until I went to Hampton Bays Dental. The staff is so incredibly wonderful and the service is impeccable. Dr. Jeslin Thomas is so skilled. She is honest, sensitive, and a talented practitioner. Additionally, they are always straight forward with billing and look out for your best interests. They truly care about your dental health and well being and take the time to get to know you as their patient. They helped get my mouth back to perfect health and I can’t recommend them more highly.
