I had a truly positive experience at Thundermist Medical Center in Wakefield, RI. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, respected, and cared for. The front desk team was patient and helpful, and the medical staff took their time to listen, explain, and make sure I understood every step of my visit. What stood out most was the level of compassion and professionalism. They treated me like a person, not a number, and that makes all the difference. The facility is clean, organized, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work and their community. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Thundermist Wakefield to anyone looking for a medical team that truly puts patients first.

Awesome place, they really care about their patients. Definitely a big shout out to Karen 1 of the nurses who took her time out to help me with learning how to give myself an injection that I need to take. Went in said I can’t hear almost anything out of my left ear, the lady said no wax buildup and my ear is probably swollen give it 4 days and call back, when I called back a doctor in the phone said to wait another 10 weeks and that’s sometimes what it can take. So I went to a ENT specialist he said I should have been treated instantly as instant hearing loss in 1 ear is an emergency. Now I have SSHL and hopefully I can heal fully in my left ear again after recovery. Medical malpractice like I haven’t seen. If I waited 10 weeks I’d be deaf

Don’t come early, you will be waiting. If I came perfectly on time I would still have been waiting an hour. I got here a half hour early and regret it deeply. I love thundermist just don’t come early

The care I received was great. This review is strictly for the patient portal and billing department. Anytime I get a new billing statement the total never matches. For example so far I had two billing statements, one $75 and another $78. I paid my $75 back in April but this was not reflected on the patient portal. Then it was saying my total was $127? This doesn’t even mathematically make sense if I didn’t pay both of my bills. Super confusing and annoying at times. When this happens I call the billing department and they seem really annoyed with me whenever I call just to make sure my payments went through because it’s not accurately reflecting in the patient portal. I know dealing with patients especially in regards to money can be a stressful situation but I always treat the person hel
