The appointment was easy to make, there was great communication. From checking in with the Tech to having x-rays, it all went great and everyone was very friendly. PA Kelly Murray was wonderful, she explained everything very well. She gave me options and arranged follow-ups. The service provided was excellent.

I recently navigated a double Total Knee Replacement journey with Dr. Marchand’s team. While the surgical skill was top-notch, the care and guidance provided by his Physician Assistant, Bridget Wilder, was the true differentiator in my recovery. From the preparation phase through two separate recoveries, Bridget was incredible. She is the perfect balance of direct and thoughtful—she gave me the straight answers I needed to manage my expectations, but always delivered them with genuine kindness. She was consistently available to answer my questions (and I had many), making sure I never felt lost or unsupported. Thank you Dr Burns and Dr Interlini. My knee replacement has gone very well. You both are very pleasant to talk with and discuss any questions that I had. The exercises were very important, and I was diligent doing them before and after surgery. I can't really express how pleased I am to have been referred to you by my family and also a friend. It was an excellent visit.We didn't have to wait, brought me right in! did, x rays spoke with the doctor he was very informative and he gave me two cortisone shots.But now that I think about it, I think I do want to have my knee replacement, done by doctor burns.
