Was very thankful that Timmy was seen the day I was there. I made appointment through Pet Desk and I didn’t look at the date right and showed up days early for my appt. They were very accommodating and luckily Dr. Kevin had a slight window open and he seen my Timmy. Checked him over well. Took care of his needs and went over some possible needs Timmy will need down the road. Gave me a quote for cost and we were on our way of Timmy feeling better. So thankful they don’t just tell me to come back on my actual schedule date for think Timmy getting the medicine he needed before his issue got worse had him feeling better in no time. Thank you again for taking care of my Timmy.

Most recently tried to charge me a prescheduling deposit fee for my horses of 25$ per horse due to my twenty-year-old daughter, who doesn’t even live with me no showing a prior appt. An appt. I didn’t make and didn’t know about! Misdiagnosed animals in the past. Took the animal to another vet and it was treated correctly right away and has had no further issues. Constant miscellaneous fees that other vets don’t charge. Moved my dogs to another vet office near Port Huron and my vet bill for the same procedures and vaccines dropped by 1/3. Multiple issues trying to get online prescriptions verified in the past. Once charged me over six hundred dollars for shots and vaccines for my horses, then two weeks later they announced they were doing a shot clinic for 4h kids for a fraction of what I p

This is the most caring and knowledgeable veterinarian office I have ever experienced. They are available on Saturday’s too which is so helpful. I have had a sick pup twice on weekends and this saved me from a very expensive emergency visit! I drive over an hour to take my pets here because it is beyond worth it.

I can't say enough good about this place! We drive past 5 other vet clinics to bring our animals here. From horses to pigs, goats and our dogs. They are always going above and beyond to help. Last week we were given a quote for a surgery for my dog with a low end cost and possible high end cost and the final bill was lower than the low end cost given. Super happy with the cost and care given. We won't take our pets anywhere else.

Thumb Veterinary Services is the very best vet service that I've ever taken my fur babies to. One of my dogs became very ill last summer, totally out of the blue, no signs or symptoms of anything beforehand... and Dr. Gianna and the entire staff were absolutely incredible with my dog Scout (and me, a wreck of a fur mom). We tried everything that we possibly could. I was able to have enough time with him to complete a little bucket list before we had to say goodbye... but that day did ultimately come, and although it was one of the worst days of my life... the Thumb Veterinary Services staff was so kind and compassionate.
