Sheldon Medical Supply

I have been working with Sheldon Medical Supply for many months as I begin to use my CPAP machine. The experience thus far has been excellent. Every time I call, I get a person on the line who either helps me or sends me to someone who can. They appear to be very familiar with my case. They are responsive to all of my questions providing me with accurate and appropriate information. They were instrumental in helping me meet compliance requirements with my insurance company. They communicate with my doctor as well as my insurance company. In all of my interactions with Sheldon, staff have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend Sheldon without hesitation.

The staff is wonderful. I ended up at the wrong store for my CPap fitting. Rick still worked with me, calling the other store letting them know I would not be there. Rick was so kind and made me feel comfortable in getting set up. My questions were answered and when I left I felt I would be successful in using my CPap machine.

The staff is always professional and friendly. My experience at Sheldon’s is consistently great. They truly know how to make customers feel welcome.

They sent supplies through mail, we live in Sanilac County. USPS managed to not only ship them out of state, they sent them all the way to Washington state. When we notified Sheldon they delivered replacements the same day with no charge. They are great, would recommend them to all.

A great mom and pop company. Everyone does the best they can to help and everyone is compassionate, understanding and kind. Being sick or injured is tough, but places like this make that a little bit easier.
