Yesterday I went to Thrive Urgent Care because I had boil in the back of my shoulder that wasn't going away with home care remedies. After 2 weeks the infection grew larger and larger. Honestly I was scared going in because I knew it was going to be a painful (and expensive) process. I called Thrive Urgent care and got an appointment for 2:15. I was actually with the doctor at 2:15. The staff at the clinic was very professional and very friendly. And the doctor was just amazing. You could definitely tell he truly cared about my situation, he explained the process, and he took his time and did an amazing job getting the infection drained.
