Do not go to this place!!! Seriously overpriced, and horrible customer service. My partner brought our dog here for a checkup, and was charged without being informed about costs. The vet called her back to offer a price match “out of good faith” but lied about “Massachusetts law” that over the counter medicines cannot be returned. We both work at pharmacies and we know that is not true. The agent was arguing with her about the made up pharmacy law over the phone, she was really rude. There is no such thing as “no return” for medicine that can be purchased for much cheaper at Amazon. Massachusetts law and manufacturer/pharmacy policy are two different things. Brought our pet in as a patient for a check up and we were met with judgmental remarks and condescending tones from the staff attending us. There was a lack of sensitivity and care around the pet’s background, making us feel reluctant to return again. Imagine our surprise by that first impression. Additionally, prices for dosages were heavily overpriced compared to other animal clinics. Do not prioritize this place if you are seeking an affordable alternative for pet care. For a place that should feel centered around animals and their needs- we felt as if our pet’s needs were disregarded heavily and that we were being looked down upon for even bringing our pet in while going through a challenging time. Maybe lead with empathy and compassion during client interactions.

Overpriced. I was not informed on the itemized cost of drugs for my dog at checkout. I thought the high cost was due to the services - Received the email 5 minutes after I left the building and immediately called back asking for a refund because the prevention medications were too expensive but was refused. And they weren't being nice about it. If I knew how much they cost I would not buy it from them. Never coming back here!

I brought my pet here for a routine health concern and was disappointed by my experience. I felt there was a strong push for unnecessary expensive tests and add-ons, which made the visit much more expensive than similar services at privately owned clinics in the Boston area. I was also surprised to learn that this clinic is part of a large corporation, not an independent practice. If you value transparent pricing and a more personalized approach, I would recommend looking into locally owned clinics instead.

they helped us and our cat juice so much, all the vets and receptionist are so nice and patient and helpful . We’ve went to three different vets since juice was born and this place has been the best so far and our favorite,this is our main vet place and having thrive plus insurance helps so much.
