Very positive experience personally and now going through the process with both my elementary-aged children that needed both palate expanders and now braces. Overall, the entire team is kind, patient and timely with their appointments. Dr. Joy and her team take the time to explain the entire process and assist with any concerns that we have. I would recommend without hesitation.

Dr. Joy is anything but. FIRST of all, you walk into the waiting room and it is jam packed with people, THEN you are instructed to check in NOT with the receptionist, but via a COMPUTER facing the ENTIRE ROOM where you have access to ANYONE's PERSONAL INFORMATION. You can type in ANY name and it will auto-populate and you can get any person's information and see anyone who's been there. This is a massive HIPAA violation. THEN, the receptionist is horribly rude. She gave us attitude because we were there a little early and snapped "you're going to have to WAIT because you're EARLY!" Oh, would you rather us be late? I've had a great experience with Dr. Joy and her amazing team especially Miranda! It's been only a few months and I've already seen significant progress with my teeth. Everyone is friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to fix their smile!
