The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They truly live up to their name—gentle, patient, and highly professional. I never felt rushed, and they made what is usually a stressful experience completely painless. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and the dentist that I saw had zero bedside manner when breaking news about my oral health to me. The front desk staff also had an attitude that made it seem like they didn’t want to be there. My hygienist on the other hand was lovely. Avoid overall

My 2 yo son had his first dentist appointment today & Gentle Dental did an amazing job making him feel comfortable! They were very patient & answered all of our questions! My son loved picking from the treasure chest at the end! Definitely recommend!

I went to gentle Dental today for the first time. The office was clean and it looked like it accommodated many patients. The reception people were very nice and friendly. Dr. Bajaj was very professional and courteous and made some good recommendations for my situation. The only thing I would mention is that there’s not much parking in that area. You have to street park and pay at a meter. Otherwise, I would come back even though I am coming from Peabody.

I think the hygienists do a great job there, however, I'll be looking for a new dentist. There is just way too much variability in the service and I am not confident that they have the continuity necessary to treat me in the long term. It feels like every time I go in there there is a new dentist and they give me conflicting information from the previous dentist that I met with. It doesn't engender a lot of confidence and the ability to have kind of a term care.
