Decent place and reasonably priced. Sherman can talk alot and doesn't hold back on how he feels about a certain group. (Politics) Made me feel uncomfortable and I was more stressed when I left. He should just keep it professional and less talking.

I've always been hesitant about going to male massage therapists, but Sherman has made me feel 100% safe and comfortable. He's friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough.

Sherman is the epitome of friendly, courteous professionalism. He has always made me feel like I’m his only client and his work is amazing. He has different techniques and different levels of intensity to accommodate the needs and limits of his clients. I have never been anything but very satisfied by Sherman’s work. I initially found out about Bearhawk Massage via Google, and was impressed with Sherman's informative website outlining the philosophy of his practice and the thoughtful, meticulous COVID-19 precautions he has worked to put in place to keep his customers safe and comfortable. Upon arrival, Sherman took the time to sit down with me and understand my concerns as well as what I was hoping to get out of the appointment, which I greatly appreciated. The 90 minute massage flew by, and I emerged feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. Sherman took the time to customize the massage to my primary concerns (sitting at a computer all day + being a distance runner), and provided informative insight on things such as particular muscles that could benefit from

Sherman at Bearhawk Massage is a very intuitive practitioner. I have been a regular client for several years and have actually been going more often over the past year. He will find the spots that need attention every time, and yet is very respectful of feedback. His emphasis and techniques of stretching always push me to be better. I always feel rejuvenated after a session. The studio space is quite nice for a "lower level" area, it is serene and calming with all the expected amenities. Due to the pandemic the space is fully sanitized and Sherman wears all the required protective gear, which actually has not detracted from the quality of his work. The location in Medford is very convenient and I have always found parking available on the side street.
