I'm handicapped and parked in a handicapped spot, and they had a police officer force me to move. Handicap parking spots required by law cannot be designated as private or reserved for a specific individual in a public-access area. These spaces must be available on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone with a valid, government-issued disability placard or license plate.
