I love using Karen as my dermatologist! She always makes me feel like she is taking special care of me. I would highly recommend this clinic. The medical staff is outstanding! On another note, the receptionist was very rude at check in. I understand that job has a lot to it, but that position is the face of the business. They need to be nicer. She was not nice at all.

She is the best! I wish she was my primary care physician or nurse practitioner! She’s so detail oriented, but when she could tell that you’re nervous, she gets your mind off of it! She’s very happy and joyful! And I just love her to death! When I saw that needle to numb, my neck made me very nervous. She just had me sing a song and I was OK and then I didn’t feel the procedure at all! She is number one in my book.

Very professional and cares. The staff is very helpful as well. Do not have to wait long to see her.

First visit and was very pleased. Dr, Branch took the time to review my concerns and explained the cause, then continued the exam and identified other issues and provided a course of treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Karen is a pleasure to visit. Very friendly and thorough with her exams . I would give more stars if it was an option .
