Not knowing what to expect, my experience was very positive. I didn't wait long for my test, nor for the results. I felt cared for; Beth was professional, kind, informative and pleasant. I was made to feel important, not just rushed through the process. I recommend Natural Hearing Centers for everyone that may need an exam, and/or hearing aids. Easy, and calm, I appreciated the whole thing. The hour designated went by quickly. Thanks, Beth for your expertise!

Horrible. This new receptionist they have is rude,and because of her we won’t be back! Learn how to talk to people & lose the attitude! I miss the lady they used to have. Idk her name…but she was a lady of color who was sweet & helpful! This new white lady….rude! She shouldn’t even work with the public.

I dropped in unannounced and was seen immediately. They took care of my issue very quickly and were very friendly

Love Natural Hearing! They’re always kind and helpful! When I call with a problem they help over the phone or are quick to get me in if it’s something that needs to be handled in office. Im very happy with their service!

Beth was very nice and helpful with me getting my next hearing aids. The receptionist was very rude to me. Need to get someone who knows how to treat people. She isn't a people person.
