I have a 90 minute manual lymphatic drainage session with Rita. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience where I left feeling lighter and like everything in my body was working better. She is a well-informed and compassionate person who provided a warm, safe environment throughout the session. I highly recommend her!

I was curious if her softer massage would help for my major issues. to my suprise it worked better. While it took an extra visit I did not leave feeling worn out or sore after each visit. Instead I was more relaxed and comfortable After about 4 visits now most of the major spasms in my hips, legs and back and neck are greatly improved. I will think twice before going back or a hard massage. I would highly recommend Rita Williams
