I had a great experience with Tiffany! She clearly has an excellent understanding of anatomy and really knows how to work into the muscles in a way that actually relieves tension. She focused on my problem areas and was very intentional with her technique. I’ve been dealing with neck stiffness, and she not only helped loosen things up during the session but also suggested some helpful stretches I can do at home. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was. I would definitely recommend her and would love to go back for another session!
