Rayna is absolutely amazing! After a traumatic labor and delivery of my baby girl, I was suffering from extremely bad nerve pain. I had read that acupuncture may help, so I knew I had to reach out to Rayna. After just the first session, I was feeling so much better, and I was finally able to enjoy my newborn without being in constant pain. I cannot recommend her enough for any type of bodywork!

She is extremely knowledgeable and talented in her professional field as an acupuncturist, Massage therapist and cupping.. she cares deeply about her clients and I can’t even express enough how she has helped fix my body! I was in a car accident with a truck hit me and she has helped me get back on track! Rayna, in my opinion is TOP in her professional field!! She’s a blessing!! I suffered for months with plantar fasciitis. I was unable to walk a few feet without severe pain. I tried everything & was sick of taking pain medication that didn’t work. A friend suggested acupuncture. I found Rayna @ Joyful Wellness & my life has been changed. I can walk without pain after just 2 visits. Rayna is very knowledgable. I am blessed to have found her. Rayna is amazing! She listens when you describe any issues that you’re having and treats them very effectively. But what’s even more impressive is that she also finds (and fixes!) other problems that you failed to mention. Rayna is extremely knowledgeable and capable in her craft and I always leave her feeling so much better than I did when I came in. You will not regret giving Rayna a try, though you’ll likely be sorry that you didn’t do it sooner!

I will have to say, that my sessions with Rayna are great. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I have had 7 surgeries on my ankles and the swelling is bad most days. And the pain is unbearable. However my sessions with rayna give me relief. No the pain doesn't go completely away and never will but I'm able to at least walk a little longer without a lot of pain.
