Since phasing out agency staff over a year ago, the consistency and quality of care has been palpable. The staff care about the well-being of their residents. The building is clean and management is receptive to constructive feedback.

The staff is amazing and very attentive. They're very quick to alert family members of what's going on with the patients. Even though the building isn't very aesthetically pleasing the staff is amazing!

I'm just wondering how does anyone get a hold of the residents her. I can never speak to my dad, the nurses never answer the phone and the voicemail is always full. Can't even call him for his birthday. The residents much get lonely here. They can't even talk to the family. Let alone of I had a question regarding him I wouldn't be able to get any answers!

Thornton Care Center provides a warm, respectful, and positive environment. With clean rooms, daily activities to keep the residents engaged and give them a sense of community. Cares and therapy is tailored to each residents needs and comfort level allowing them to feel confident and comfortable.

I have a close personal friend that is a resident here, she has spoken to me on multiple occasions with very egregious complaints that are not being addressed and frankly, I worry for her safety. She states that other residents are fearful. The main head guy at the building is impossible to get ahold of. Coming in for only a couple hours at a time and having his door shut for a majority of his time there. Something needs to be done because these people's voices are not currently being heard.
