I arrived 2 minutes late and was told to fill out paperwork while they checked to see if they could still do the appointment. 40 minutes later they told me I had to reschedule. When I asked why this was required for being only 2 minutes late, they said they require people to show up 30 minutes early. That would have been nice to know when they scheduled me, or when they called back later in the month to reschedule me because the doctor wasn't in on the day they originally scheduled me. I will be cancelling my appointment. Very unprofessional. Waste of 2 hours of my time. Suggestion: If you need people to be 30 minutes early to fill out 5 minutes of paperwork, maybe make the appointment time for 30 minutes earlier...
