Amy is absolutely amazing — hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. And I don’t say that lightly, as I’ve been a massage therapist myself for almost 24 years. Her technique is exceptional, especially her deep tissue and trigger point work. She has an excellent understanding of anatomy, and it’s clear she knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s able to pinpoint problem areas and work through them with precision, intention, and care. Beyond her technical skill, Amy is incredibly nurturing and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the session. You can truly feel how much she cares about her clients and their well-being. I consistently leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I can’t recommend her enough.

My first time here and Amy did a great job. I haven’t had a massage in about ten years and I definitely needed it. I had trigger point, Thai stretch, cupping and hot stone. Amy checked in with me often about the pressure and made sure I was doing ok. I’ll be back for some regular maintenance

I had a disappointing experience at this massage place. The room was cold and not comfortable, and the massage felt rushed with very little technique. The environment wasn’t relaxing at all, and the staff didn’t seem very professional or welcoming. I expected much better for the price. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it.”
