This practice is a disaster. I received a message saying I owed over $170 from 2022 and I haven’t been to the office in 3 years. They said if I didn’t t pay it would go to collections. I called and they told me it was actually less than $50. He said he gave me the amount for another patient with the same name. Really? Someone with the same exact name owes for a charge from the same time as me that is also going to go to collections? That seems VERY odd to me. He told me there are 3 charges that go back to 2020. How does it take 5 years to bill for a visit? And they can’t bother to confirm they are leaving a message for the correct person? Incompetence. I asked for a statement to be sent to me so I could confirm the charges were for me and was told they would email it. That was a wee

Love Dr Chemplavil and his staff. Dr Chemplavil is very thorough and knowledgeable, he makes me feel like he really understands my issues and cares. He takes the time to explain as well, which I appreciate.

No communication with the staff in office been waiting 1 month for sleep test results and prior to that due to their miscommunication waited even for that over a month just to get an appointment for sleep testing. I see why they are only 2 star will be not recommend as you’ll be waiting forever just for results or to get information on upcoming appointments.

So rude. Didn't even speak full sentence and the woman at the front desk was so rude. A poor person to be the initial face of a business. Yikes. I will be going else where and telling my primary not to send people here.

Dr. Thompson Chemplavil is a skilled physician, but his billing office is a disaster. Bills are wrong, incomplete and their billing representative has no clue of what is going on. Im tired of wasting my time.
