Honestly one of the worst healthcare experiences AND services i’ve ever had. They “couldn’t find” my claim number for workers compensation, which was given to them at the very beginning of when I scheduled my appointment, which was a month out. Not even 24 hours before my visit, they had to cancel my appointment due to not being able to find the claim number I provided to them. When I tried to provide them with that number to prevent cancellation, they said they couldn’t do anything even if provided and I would have to contact my claims agent about it. All of the sudden they didn’t have any claim number which was already provided, when trying give that number to them, they refused to take it even though they said call when i had it, and cancelled my appointment in the middle of the day rig

I highly recommend this place, and specifically Bradley as a physical therapist. He helped me so much and I am so thankful.
