I tried going here because it was close by to me. Both secretaries were pretty rude to me when I arrived for my first appointment. I said hello to the one at the front and she just stared at me with the window half open, and eventually just said "Do you have an appointment?" I said I did, but she said it needed to be rescheduled because the dentist was sick that day. (They'd called and left a message but I didn't see it until later.) So I asked if I could schedule a new appointment but the other woman behind the counter started awkwardly trying to converse with me through the front window about that, while the first secretary went on to talk through the window I was standing at to someone else who was next in line behind me. (Noticed she was quite polite to this person, oddly enough.)

Dr Flint and staff are caring, compassionate professionals. I have been a patient for 10 years. I first went to his clinic, just N of downtown and LCC, because I lived across the street, and saw that he served elderly and disabled people. His practice continues from that of his father. Any bad review must come from an un- cooperative person. He's a nice guy, too...

If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. If you gotta wait months to get in somewhere else just do that. He WILL reschedule on you and you will leave in a worse feeling situation than just not going at all.

Never got to experience getting our teeth cleaned every time we had an appointment they would just reschedule or when I showed up one day for my appointment the building was closed an hour early and didn’t bother to call to inform me, just went in today for what I was told was an appointment to not even be scheduled then having the receptionist completely be rude and having no customer service then told me if I didn’t like how they ran things there to go somewhere else.

Canceled my appointment twice, and the secretaries were incredibly rude. I don’t recommend this practice.
